The series includes biographical files on key OAAA officials; the personal files of several OAAA executives; as well as extensive files that have been identified as belonging to Frank Cawl, Karl Ghaster, and Walter Holan. These latter files contain personal correspondence, notes from committee meetings and planning sessions, as well as texts for speeches and presentations; they are of special interest to researchers interested in the wide range of activities undertaken by OAAA executives in the course of daily operations, and they provide a glimpse into the corporate culture of the OAAA at different times.

The Administrative Files Series contains materials regarding the general origins, development, and oversight of the Mary Lou Williams Center, along with materials documenting its staffing. There are also subject files related to programming, especially at other black culture centers and in higher education in general. Among the materials are articles; plans; Board of Directors meeting minutes, agendas, and draft policies; event and exhibit flyers; black-and-white photographs; mailing and contact lists; correspondence, reports, and budgets; and reservations.

The Administrative Series comprises the organization's constitution and by-laws, minutes, and treasurer's reports. In addition, there are four books maintained by the secretary (1938-1980) that include minutes, as well as treasurer's reports, program booklets, lists of officers and members, attendance records, occasional clippings, and a color group photograph of several of the founding members. There are also copies of the constitution and by-laws along with other administrative information in later program booklets in the Programs Series.

The Administrative series begins with correspondence. The Reading File is a collection of all the outgoing correspondence of the North American Office. Most of this correspondence is written by J. T. Spencer and Kenneth J. Turnbull, Executive Directors of OTS. Following the Reading Files is correspondence organized by the name of the sender. Much of this correspondence is from Jorge Campabadal of the Costa Rican Office. All of the correspondence is arranged in chronological order, with the latest materials in the front of the folders.

Contains promotional materials and operational files. Also includes materials for the Synergic Theater website and internal records documenting the history of Synergic Theater.

The Administrative Series documents the management, development, organizational history, and day to day operations of NCHR.

The Administrative series contains materials used by chapter leaders in their administration of Lambda Nu, including minutes, reports, correspondence, slides, and information on volunteer projects, membership, social activities, alumni, and the history of the chapter. Much of the material was originally housed in binders, and the original arrangement of papers has been retained. Folders are arranged chronologically.

Includes personal correspondence, approximately 80 photographs of Gossett and his colleagues, and items relating to Gossett's international travels. Other materials document Gossett's professional life, including early resumes. Also included is a daily diary from 1960-1961. Arranged alphabetically.

The Administrative Files Series, 1983-1996, series includes annual reports, meeting minutes, Steering Committee and Board membership records, bylaws, Executive Director's reports, long-range planning materials, pamphlets, general and historical information, correspondence, staff records, and other non-financial business records of the LGHP. The Steering Committee and Board of Directors packets include the minutes of meetings of the Steering Committee, the Board, and of various committees assigned to specific projects. They also include agendas, correspondence, financial statements, budget reports, project proposals, progress reports, and final evaluations. Arranged alphabetically. Certain parts of the staff records have been closed until January 1, 2027 due to the sensitive nature of the files; see Restricted Material.

This series contains materials that document the operations of the Chapel Hill office.

Contains memoranda, correspondence, company policy information, leases, clippings, photographs and financial documents pertaining to the daily operations of JWT domestic offices. Original folder titles were maintained and items were arranged alphabetically.

The Administrative records contain material created and accumulated by the Chapel Development Officer as well as the records of various committees. Major subjects include Chapel Renovation Fund, Altar Guild, College of Bishops, and Chapel Renovation and Front Organ Committees.

Consists of administrative records, clippings, company promotional materials, printed matter, memorabilia, budgets, organizational information, expense records, and files related to various FCB programs and initiatives. Folder titles maintained and items arranged alphabetically.

Includes policy and procedure manuals, correspondence, vendor information and samples, article and clipping files, forms and stationery examples, corporate mission and strategy statements. Arranged alphabetically.

This series consists of working documents of WCHRA including information about events, internal memos, external correspondence, reports, programs, testimonies of victims, and documents from other organizations. The testimonies of victims were largely gathered by WCHRA members.

Contains general files of memoranda, correspondence, and reports covering such topics as audits, agency compensation, the management incentive plan, and other company policies.

These administrative records document the operation, management, and fundraising efforts of the Carolina Justice Policy Center (CJPC) from its founding in 1975 to 2015. The largest series documents CJPC's efforts to secure grant funding. In addition to routine office files, the series also includes a large group of conference materials, and many files of meeting minutes taken at CJPC meetings and other events attended by CJPC staff. Oversize materials include charts and tearsheets of notes.

Contains general memoranda, correspondence, policy information, and other files related to the organization and administration of JWT domestic and international offices, as well as files related to company policy on television and print media. Also includes files related to special events, gifts and JWT contributions to various charities. Items are arranged alphabetically, with original folder titles maintained.
