Duke KAjok, or KAjok, is a Korean American student group founded in September 2022. Students created the organization with the goal of bringing together Korean American members of the university to create a sense of community and a welcoming environment. The collection contains certificates awarded to KAjok from the Center for Multicultural Affairs and a KAjok baseball cap.

Duke Latinx Business Organization (LBO) is a student-run organization founded in 2019 to support Latinx students interested in pursuing careers in business. Duke LBO provides members with access to information, networking opportunities, professional development resources, and mentorships. This collection consists of meeting agendas and notes, resources for profession development, and materials related to programming, recruitment, and community engagement. Materials span 2019 to 2021.

Duke Learning Innovation and Lifetime Education is a source for teaching support and consulting on campus as well as continuing and online education. The Duke Learning Innovation and Lifetime Education records consist of administrative records transferred by Shawn Miller, covering 2009-2023.

The Duke Lemur Center was founded in 1966 by John Buettner-Janusch and Peter Klopfer. Located in Duke Forest, the DLC houses and conducts non-invasive research on the study, care, and protection of lemurs. This collection contains 16mm film and videocassettes with recordings of lemurs.

Collection consists of computer files comprising oral histories conducted by students with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual, or Queer (LGBTQ) Duke alumni. The oral histories document the inviduduals' experiences as members of the LGBTQ community before, during, and after their time at Duke. The alumni attended Duke between the mid-1970s and 2000s and describe experiences at and around Duke and Durham, North Carolina from a variety of perspectives and time periods. The oral histories were collected as part of the Spring 2015 class LGBTQ History and Activism: Duke, Durham, and Beyond. Computer files include audio files (WAV and MP3), field notes and tape logs (DOC and DOCX), and the occasional supporting document file.

Duke Magazine is the Duke-focused alumni magazine of Duke University. Robert Bliwise is the founding editor, with the magazine since 1983. The collection includes his files related to Presidents of the University, magazine policies and feedback, and the history of the publication.

DukeMakers is a student maker's group focused on 3D printing, founded in 2014. The DukeMakers records include 3D printed objects created by members of the club as well as some administrative records and other materials.

In 1989, Duke University's Board of Trustees approved the formation of Duke Management Company (DUMAC) as a separate, non-profit support corporation of Duke University. DUMAC recommends investment policy and strategy, seeks and analyzes specific opportunities, and manages ongoing operations and activities. DUMAC operates under a cascading delegation of authority from the Board of Trustees and the DUMAC Board of Directors. Records include materials pertaining to Chief Executive Officer Eugene McDonald's office, including minutes, memoranda outlining proposed agendas, reports on past meetings, draft resolutions, studies, correspondence; staff meetings and memoranda; and long-range planning initiatives. Other major subjects in the collection include investment, athletics, information technology/computing reorganization, land resources, internal audits, policies, budget forecasts, and compensation. A significant part of the collection (found in boxes 3 and 4) includes materials related to discussion in the late 1980s about possible commercial use for part of Duke Forest.

This collection is largely comprised of correspondence of the individuals and organizations who communicated with the editors of the Duke Mathematical Journal. All correspondence related to accepted papers was kept, as well as a significant amount of correspondence related to rejected papers before 1970. Referee reports are also included, as well as billing and correspondence between the Journal and various publishing houses. Topics covered include edits to papers, requests for offprint copies, correspondence between editors, correspondence with the American Mathematical Society, and the Journal's budget and funding. The collection ends with a series of record books recording each paper received and reviewed by the Journal.

The Duke Memorial was formed in 1929 to honor Washington, Benjamin N., and James B. Duke. The group worked on several projects, including building the Memorial Chapel in Duke Chapel, financing the purchase of Duke Homestead, and building a statue of James B. Duke. The collection consists mainly of financial documents, as well as general correspondence, minutes, and proposals and suggestions. Major topics include the construction of Memorial Chapel and the sarcophagi within, the purchase of Duke Homestead, and the financing of the James B. Duke Statue. Major correspondents include James A. Thomas, W. W. Flowers, and Alex H. Sands. English.
