The literary letters group speaks to Millett's work as a feminist writer and activist, and includes many pieces of correspondence with Rita Mae Brown, Phyllis Chesler, Cynthia McAdams, Alix Kates Shulman, and Gloria Steinem. There are also a few letters from Yoko Ono, Pauli Murray, Toni Morrison and several from her husband, Fumio Yoshimura, about Millett's artists' colony (the Farm), her writings, and activism.
