Randy Riddle note: A project of the Federal Music Project, this was a 15 minute program syndicated by the government to promote the Works Progress Administration. Various WPA groups perform orchestral, vocal, and chamber works by major and minor composers. Some contain obscure works. Each program includes commercials on how WPA programs are helping create work for the unemployed in local communities. Redman was a member of the New England Conservatory of Music.
