Writings authored by other people besides Nerlove, the majority of which he kept in his "reprint files." Includes author files with papers (many for presentation), chapters (sometimes multiple), research proposals, and handouts. Arranged alphabetically by last name of lead author, who is not always the person who sent Nerlove the item and who he filed it under. Date on folder is date of writing unless correspondence is attached, which took priority and can be from following year or later.

This subseries contains writings by other authors, chiefly plays and Hollywood movie scripts. A few of the scripts are minstrel show material. There are also a few poems. Some of the pieces appear to be drafts shared in a writers' group, most likely the Huckleberry writer's camp near Hendersonville, N.C.

The largest amount of writings are from Gottfried Haberler, Paul Samuelson and Robert Triffin. Arranged alphabetically by last name of lead author.

Econoblast is a monthly publication by the graduate students of Northwestern University. Writings from Joan Robinson include both published and unpublished manuscripts. Arranged alphabetically.

Author represented by individual manuscripts include Ti-Grace Atkinson, Reza Baraheni (an exiled Iranian author), Phyllis Chesler, Rachel DuPlessis and Ann Snitow, Clara Fraser (socialist feminist), Kay Hagan (NC senator), Shere Hite, Claudia Koontz, The electronic files of writings created by Jennifer Floryan, a close intimate of Millett's, are closed to use for the author's lifetime.

Chiefly single typescripts and printed material written by Modigliani's colleagues but not filed within Modigliani's research folders. Significant groupings of writing exist for Ezio Tarantelli and James Tobin, both of whom Modigliani collaborated with extensively. There are also a few pieces by family members--daughter Leah Modigliani and son André Modigliani. The majority of writings by other economists are found in the Research and Writings series; if they are not identified by name on the folder title, they can be located in most cases by consulting relevant subject topics and/or chronological period. Includes a folder of Nobel Prize articles honoring Modigliani; authors include Athanasios Koilakos, Lucio Izzo, G. P. Galli, Paul Samuelson, and Robert Merton. Primarily contains reprints of articles by others on various topics of interest to Smith, which largely parallels the rest of the series: experimental economics, game theory and strategic decision making, markets, and price behavior.
