Arranged alphabetically by subject, this subseries documents Jones's part-time consulting work and includes correspondence, memos, brochures, and scripts for several projects. Of particular note are the Ford Marketing Institute seminars on advertising and marketing presented to car dealers, often at the annual National Automotive Dealers Association meetings. Included are the transcripts of interviews with several successful car dealers, which were used in the 1980 seminars. See also the Audiovisual Materials Series for film versions of the seminars.

The fourteen pamphlets in this section were published by official government agencies and NGOs; topics touch on on specific animals, wildlife parks, wild elephants and the Kheddah (stockade trap) method of capture, and the Carambolim wetlands.

Correspondence and statements deal with efforts to preserve wildlife and natural resources and with the functioning of the Committee on Wildlife and Conservation, of which Bailey was a member. The material concerns the development of wildlife preserves, hunting regulations, and other matters related to conservation. Material is arranged chronologically by day.
