Student projects for this University of North Carolina, CDS-sponsored course consist of oral history interviews with individuals who live or have lived along the Southern coast, specifically the coastal Carolinas. Project folders typically contain interviews on CD-ROMs or other media, along with student essays which explore the process of choosing a theme and the unfolding of the documentary work.
