Baker's annotated copy of the first edition, published 1962 by Epworth Press. Also includes a typed copy of the notes and errata included in the text, prepared by Baker's daughter Enid Hickingbotham, and a copy of a clipping of a book review of the work.

Some early enclosure maps of Cleethorpes are in photographic format; other maps are tracings and drawings, many produced by Frank Baker. There is also a small map of Oole. Early dates chiefly represent content rather than reproduction dates.
