Cover of this black-and-white, two-page pamphlet has the words "Swat The" and a large hand-drawn illustration of a fly. Four smaller illustrations show sites for the spread of disease: an outhouse, stable, sickroom, and windows with no screens. Donnell was promoted to Medical Director in 1917.
