The photographer's name appears following the title for each print. All titles are taken from the original captions; original French captions have not been transcribed but appear with each print. When known, the image negative numbers assigned by the studio have been included in the description; all of these were taken by Félix Bonfils. Box 1 contains information on the collection, including photocopied articles on the history of the Bonfils photography studio.

Volume 1 of Carol Georgette Lake Bradley's memoirs contains narrative and photographs relating to her childhood in New Jersey, including family life; her grandmother; dancing school; her childhood homes on Washington Ave., Woodside Ave., and Ridge Street, in Newark; and her time at Barringer High School, also in Newark. Includes inserted photographs and other memorabilia. Bradley frequently recorded song lyrics, movies she attended, and favorite outings in Newark.

Contains handouts, correspondence, clippings, newsletters, audiovisual materials, and other assorted materials. Topics include news updates, events including rallies, lobbying politicians, and advocacy through education to raise awareness of the genocide and human rights abuses in Bosnia and Kosovo. Series contains t-shirts used during rallies and a documentary, The Eyes of Bosnia that was used as an educational tool by Jews Against Genocide (JAG).

Series includes 484 boxed game sets for role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, Al-Qadim, Car Wars, Traveller, James Bond, and Star Trek. A boxed set typically includes maps and grids, character guides, encounter playbooks, a die, and other literature to be used for creating new or altered worlds within a particular game.

These color images were taken in the historic Sons of the Pioneers Theater in Branson, Missouri. They were both published in Branson and Shoot What You Love. The prints measure approximately 16x20 inches.

A collection of broadsides, chiefly letterpress printed in color, designed by Horse & Buggy Press for local events, individual authors, and for personal keepsakes. Sizes range from roughly 8 x 8 to 16 x 22 inches, with most in larger sizes. Many were printed in limited editions. Arranged chiefly in original order as received.

Consists of scrapbooks, photographs, personal and business correspondence, administrative records, print materials, newspaper clippings, awards, ephemera, cartoon sketches, and memorabilia that document Hamer's professional and personal life. Series is organized into three categories: Business files; Personal files; and Scrapbooks. Business files include cartoon sketches that humorously depict Hamer and coworkers. Personal files chiefly document Hamer's early life and retirement years, including a brief biographical essay written by Hamer shortly after his retirement. Correspondence in this category includes a typewritten transcription of letters from 1857-1880 that belonged to Hamer's ancestor, Samuel A. Jackson. Hamer's personal correspondence reflects his interest in the visual arts. Scrapbooks include annotated photographs that document the operational history of Foster and Kleiser in Southern California. Scrapbook contents had been removed from their original binders before acquisition, so no order could be determined. Business Files and Personal Files are arranged alphabetically.

Includes biographical sketches, scripts and portfolios of television advertising, and other writings. Arranged alphabetically.

This small amount of incoming and outgoing correspondence centers on Brennan's business relationships, especially with research consultant Raymond Franzen, who apparently prepared survey samples and evaluated Brennan's methodology. Franzen's 1951 evaluation is included in this series. There is also a small amount of correspondence scattered throughout the Methodology Files.

Consists of administrative records, clippings, corporation reports, lecture notes, trade literature, and promotional materials that document the organizational history of Ohio Outdoor Advertising Corporation and related companies. Includes a matted press release and photographic reproduction announcing the sale of outdoor advertising plants from Foster & Kleiser to Ohio Outdoor. Arranged alphabetically.

Davidson traveled to Los Angeles, California in 1964 and spent several weeks there, shooting street life, celebrities, landscapes, and architecture. He returned in 2008 to reconsider the city and its environment; these images are located in the series "The Nature of Los Angeles."

Contains correspondence, notes, and newspaper clippings concerning Henderson's congressional campaigns, 1960-1974. Henderson concentrated most of his time and attention to the Democratic primary in May of each election year. There is much less material about the November election. The Campaign Files contain many lists of electoral officials, party leaders, and targeted support groups, e.g. teachers, veterans. The papers reveal the rising importance of television in political campaigns of the mid to late 1960s.

Contains clippings and other publications relating to local, state, and national elections, mostly from the Socialist, Communist, German Democratic, and German National People's political parties, with some material from the Center Party and other interest groups. Other items relate more to political issues generally. Many of them originated from German newspapers and election newspapers printed and distributed by political parties. Arranged chronologically.

Large bibliographic index maintained by Henry and Ida Schuman as a catalog of their inventory of rare books and manuscripts related to the history of medicine. Beyond the usual bibliographic information there are also detailed dealer descriptions of the items and their artifactual, bibliographic, or research value. Many of the cards also contain handwritten annotations indicating buyer information and dates of sale. The main card file extends to 15 boxes, with smaller index files in other boxes for mathematical works and other miscellaneous groups. There are roughly 360 cards per box, arranged in alphabetical order by author or in some cases by title.

Consists of nine sub-series spanning Chatterley's career as a documentary photographer: Social Events, Religious Iconography, Labor, Southern Landscapes, Travel, Family, Maine Folklife, TROSA, and Downeast North Carolina, with the bulk of the series made up of Social Events and Labor. Original captions were taken from back of prints. Subseries are arranged in a chronological sequence; the 127 prints within are in original order as received.

Small series includes materials concerning the organization of the 1980 election campaign in which Derian served as Deputy Director, and assisted with recruitment of more minority and women campaigners. Also contains items documenting procedures for Derian's position in the White House. Folder titles are original.

Bound holograph manuscripts containing case notes on orthopedic patients with a variety of complaints, including descriptions of each case and patient data such as name, age, sex, address, dates of consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome. Includes several one-page manuscripts laid in as well as outlines made of patient body parts showing measurements of the actual curvature and size of affected areas. There are many other patient case studies in folders housed in the Patient Case Files Series. Medical records are open for research use.

Series comprises materials for sixteen case files pursued by legal staff of the Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA) in the late 1990s into the 2000s. Supporting materials date as early as the 1940s. The cases are organized alphabetically into the following subseries: Ahmed v. Magan, Cabello v. Fernández-Larios, Chavez v. Carranza, Doe vs. Ali, Doe v. Constant, Doe v. Liu Qi, Doe v. Lumintang, Doe v. Saravia, Guatemala Genocide Trial, Jean v. Dorélien, Mehinovic v. Vuckovic, Reisner v. Leso, Reyes v. López Grijalba, Romagoza Arce v. García and Vides Casanova, USA v. Belfast, and Yousuf v. Samantar. Within each case file, materials are typically arranged in original order as received, in rough alphabetical or chronological order. See subseries descriptions for details on contents and arrangement of these materials.

Comprises petitions, filings, documents relating to the Combatant Status Review Tribunal (CRST), and a wide variety of legal records regarding the six Bahrainis' and Guantánamo detainees' cases such as Al-Odah and Boumediene. The series documents legal efforts of their lawyers for writ of habeas corpus, writ of certiorari, amelioration of living condition at Camp Delta, and finally for the release and repatriation of their clients. The series also contain documents regarding the government's efforts to preclude attempts to attain any rights for the detainees kept extra-judicially as enemy combatants by the U.S. military at Camp Delta. The series contains extensive material related to the workings and procedures of and trials by the Combatant Status Review Tribunal (CSRT), which was established by the U.S. government on July 7, 2004. Also comprehensively covered in this series are the legal records and other documents concerning the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005 and Military Commission Act of 2006. The Bahraini detainees Al-Dossari and Al-Murbati cases are especially well-documented. The series is composed predominantly of materials in English language, but also contains many Arabic documents some of which are also translated into English. Other items include a twelve-minute unclassified audio recording on CD-R of CRST hearing for Al-Murbati (Box 4) and photographic images of the families of the detainees.

Case files are arranged in alphabetical order by defendant's last name: Robert Bacon Jr., David Junior Brown, Frederick Camacho, Willie Ervin Fisher, Harvey Lee Green Jr., Zane Hill, David Earl Huffstetler, Joseph Timothy Keel (the largest case file at 26 boxes), Gary Wayne Long, James Lewis Martin Jr., Elton Ozell McLaughlin, and Phillip Thomas Robbins Jr.. They typically include some combination of transcripts, affidavits, attorney notes, investigative files, clemency requests, audiovisual materials, petitions, pleadings, testimony (including medical, legal, and eyewitness), correspondence, motions, photographs, Resource Center files, and some electronic records. Each individual's case history is described at beginning of the corresponding file grouping. The majority of the case files consist of 5-9 boxes of materials. The smallest case files at two boxes each are for Camacho and Robbins; the largest are those of Keel and McLaughlin, at 26 and 20 boxes respectively. Folder titles below are original titles as supplied by CDPL staff, and the original order of the files within each case group has been retained.
