Durbin, and officials from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and North Carolina State University. Letters very often ask for support for a particular project. Topics mentioned include Appropriations Committee selection, and agriculture-related projects especially in North Carolina. Projects range from FDA drug approvals to the Bowman Gray Nutrition Center in Winston-Salem, N.C. There is no clear difference between many of these files and the Agriculture files immediately preceding the Appropriations Subseries.
