The Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts works closely with Duke arts departments, Duke Performances and the Nasher Museum of Art to expand and coordinate arts programming on campus. The Office of the Vice Provost for the Arts records consists primarily of promotional materials related to arts events and performances at or related to Duke, as well as some materials related to advertising or promoting performances, organizing events, and regional arts organizations.

Leadership Education at Duke Divinity provides educational services, intellectual resources, and facilitates networks of institutions influencing Christian institutional leadership. Leadership Education at Duke Divinity School Records contain correspondence, memoranda, research, and reports related to the Pulpit and Pew research project; Forum on Excellence/Advancing Pastoral Excellence Initiative project; Duke Youth Academy; and the website for national Sustaining Pastoral Excellence projects.

The Finance and Administration group is a part of the Office of the Provost of Duke University responsible for budgets and cost planning of all academic and administrative units under the Provost, as well as human resources, space planning, and the university's support of Duke Kunshan University. The collection includes materials related to planning and opening of Duke Kunshan University, student financial aid, and other topics.

The Duke Forest is more than 7,000 acres of forested land in Durham, Orange, and Alamance counties, managed by Duke University for teaching and research. The Duke Forest records contain a wide variety of materials documenting research projects and forest management.

The Office of Undergraduate Education supports and coordinates the many facets of the undergraduate experience. The Office of Undergraduate Education records include reports, speeches, and reaccreditation materials, among other documents.

The Nasher Museum, founded as the Duke University Museum of Art in 1969, opened in its current building in 2005. The museum's collection focuses on works by diverse artists, European medieval art, European and American paintings, Outsider art, classical antiquities, African art, and ancient American art. The Nasher Museum of Art records include materials related to exhibits and events at the Nasher as well as the planning, construction, and opening of the museum building.

The Duke Graduate Liberal Studies program was founded in 1984, under director Bonnie E. Erickson. The program grants a Master of Arts in Liberal studies (MALS) and is sometimes referred to as the MALS program. The materials include programs, curriculum development, faculty folders, photographs, slides, and correspondence.

The Duke Human Rights Center at the Franklin Humanities Institute is an interdisciplinary center focused on promoting education and action around human rights, which offers an undergraduate certification. The Duke Human Rights Center at the Franklin Humanities Institute records include materials related to programs and events run by the DHRC, as well as other materials.

The Hart Leadership Program (HLP) is a part of the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, offering courses and programs with a mission "to help students discover the power of leadership for public life." The Hart Leadership Program records include materials documenting the Service Opportunities in Leaderhship program and its predecessors, the Refugee Action Project and Interns in Conscience.

Claudia Koonz is an emeritus professor of history at Duke University, whose research has focused on Nazi Germany and on ethnic hatreds and fears. The Claudia Koonz papers include some records related to the Refugee Action Project and a proposed center for research on human security.
